As the team’s Transaction Coordinator, she is devoted to processing transactions that are under contract including all of the following:

• Overseeing all aspects of buyer & seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to closing
• Coordinating title and escrow
• Coordinates all disclosure paperwork, and orders home warranties
• Organizes all inspection and appraisal contingency processes
• Regularly update & maintain communication with clients, agents, title officer, lender etc.
• Submitting all necessary documentation to office broker for file compliance and audits
